Employer's NI hike will hurt care homes

This week, the government’s rise in Employer’s National Insurance comes into effect. It will hurt care homes like my constituent Ash’s. Staffing costs make up about 70% of his outgoings, and he says this is a make or break moment for his livelihood. The Chancellor should do the right thing and change course.
