Cut red tape holding back fast broadband

The roll out of ultrafast broadband in Orpington has been progressing well over the past few years, and it is now available to 83% of premises in Orpington.

However, it is not moving quickly enough especially for those rural and hard-to-reach areas. One of the reasons is that is till a lot of red tape holding back preventing builders from accessing buildings. The government need to take an urgent look at this.
